Global business journalism program in China accepting applications

The School of Journalism and Communication at Tsinghua University, one of China’s top universities, offers a master of arts degree in global business journalism designed to bring business journalism in China in line with top international reporting standards.

The two-year program is the only business journalism master’s program in China that is taught completely in English. Half of the program’s students are Chinese, the other half are international. A limited number of scholarships are available.

Taught by an international faculty, the curriculum covers subjects essential for business journalists, including data mining and multimedia economics reporting. It also boasts a media lab with 10 Bloomberg financial terminals for student use: the largest such lab at any university in the world.

The deadline to apply is March 20.
